2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in the proposal or project brief.
  • Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges and will require client approval.

3. Payment Terms

4. Revisions and Approvals

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g., code, photos, videos) is transferred to the client.
  • Pixel Code Studios retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We do not release raw files (e.g., unedited photos, raw video footage) unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Delays in client communication or resource delivery may impact project timelines.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If the client cancels the project midway, any work completed will be billed proportionately.
  • Pixel Code Studios reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Pixel Code Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services.

Clients are responsible for testing and reviewing their website or media before launch or publication.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless legally required to disclose it. This includes business strategies, proprietary information, and non-public project materials.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins, music licensing). Pixel Code Studios is not responsible for the performance or pricing changes of third-party services unless we are contracted to manage them.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms

Pixel Code Studios may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
